Traceability and Data Retention

To facilitate traceability, each product is assigned a unique identification that includes a marking code and a manufacturing date code. This identification is applied to both the top marking and the label, allowing for easy access to production records such as manufacturing processes, recipes, equipment, materials, and quantities through our systems.

The data retention period of the defined documents is at least 15 years. Richtek has backup systems at different sites to ensure the ability of data recovery.
