New Products

RT6237/8/9 family are 4.5V~18V input, 7A/8A/9A, 500kHz, ACOT® Synchronous Buck Converters with adjustable Soft-Start and Power Good output in UQFN-14L 2x3 package. These high current parts with ultra fast transient response and characterized over full -40°C to 85°C temperature range are great for core supply rails in STBs, and industrial & commercial low power systems.
RT9536 is a DC adapter/USB input linear single cell Li-ion Battery Charger IC with a 50mA LDO output and status indicators in WDFN-10L 3x2 package. It allows 4.2V or 4.35V/2.3A factory mode without battery and programmed charging current, ideal forportable applications requiring charge currents up to 1A.
RT7255 is a 4.3V~18V input, 0.6V~8V output, 1.5A, 500kHz ACOT® Synchronous Buck converter with Power Good and Adjustable Soft-Start in cost-effective SOT-23-8 package. Ideal for cost sensitive small footprint applications requiring low current and PGood signaling.
RT6266 is a 7.5V~36V input, 2.4A, 100kHz Asynchronous Buck converter with adjustable output line drop compensation in SOP-8 package. The high 36V input rating and robust current mode architecture with programmable output current limit makes it especially suitable for 5V adaptors and USB chargers powered from automotive cigarette lighter socket.
RT4812 is a 1.8V~5.5V single Li-ion cell input, 1.8V~5.5V output, up to 2A load current CMCOT synchronous Boost converter. It features 40mΩ/20mΩ low RDS(ON), true load disconnect and programmable 3.3A/5.3A current limit setting. Housed in a tiny TSOT-23-8 package, it is ideal for providing 5V system and USB power from single Li-Ion battery powered applications.
