RT9068系列为高电压 (60V)，低静态电流的低压差线性稳压器，能够在300mV的最大压差电压下提供50mA电流。低静态电流和关断电流 (30μA操作和2μA关机) 常适用于电池供电和/或高电压系统中使用。接地电流处于良好受控的所有条件。RT9068系列可与1μF低 ESR 陶瓷电容配合稳定工作，并提供极佳的瞬态响应。内部保护电路包括电池反向保护、限流、过热和反向电流保护。输出电压精度为±2%。
此系列提供三种固定输出电压版本 (2.5V，3.3V，5V)，以及一个支持可调输出电压 (1.25V至60V) 版本。所有版本皆提供SOP-8和MSOP-8封装。
