RT6050/6052 是由电流检测放大器、带隙参考源和具有输出闭锁功能的比较器构成的高侧电流监视器，容许在 2V~80V 的共模电压范围内通过感知电流流过电阻时形成的电压降完成对电流的检测，相应的电压放大倍率分别为 20V/V 和 100V/V。
RT6050/6052 兼具一个开漏输出的比较器，其以内建的 0.6V 参考电压源作为比较基准，使用外接电阻分压器可设定使其输出发生跳变的电流阈值。该比较器具备自锁能力，只需将 RESET 引脚接地或让其处于浮空状态即可启用。
RT6050/6052 使用 8 引脚的小型 MSOP 封装供货。
