RT9073是具有使能控制功能的低压差线性稳压器，可在1.2V~5.5V输入电压下工作，输出高达250mA的电流，具有可低功耗操作的微型化封装。
其低功耗特性表现在其静态电流低达1µA，禁止状态下的电流消耗几乎为零，是电池供电的长寿命应用的理想选择。在其1.2V~5.5V宽阔的输入电压范围内和完整的负载能力范围内 (0mA~250mA)，RT9073 都可以和陶瓷输出电容配合实现稳定工作。
