RT9013 是一款高性能、輸出電流能力 500mA 的線性穩壓器，提供極高的 PSRR 和 超低壓降。此產品非常符合可攜式 RF 和無線應用的效能和大小需求。靜態電流可低至 25μA，來延長電池的使用壽命。RT9013 也適用低 ESR 的陶瓷電容，從而減少於手持無線裝置上所需的電路板空間。在 shutdown 模式下消耗 0.7μA (典型值)，並且有很快的開機時間 (少於 40μs)。其它特性包括超低壓差電壓、高輸出精確度、限流保護和高 PSRR。RT9013 提供 SC-82, SOT-23-5, SC-70-5 和 WDFN-6L 2x2 封裝。
